Is there something wrong with my friend?

About 7 weeks ago my friend ( 15 years old)

stop coming to school and stop txting everyone and now we have just been told that she isnt comeing back to school. We dont know what has happened to her but we have been in contact with her mum and she said that she OK .

We do know that she cuts herself and when she gets sad she get suicidal but so do all of us so we are realy worried.

What could we do?

poor kid, something is wrong if she cuts and has sad thought. Go and visit, send a card, buy her something nice. I am sure she will need your friendship. Good luck.

That actually happened to my bestfriend recently, and he was in an institution. But it wasn't that long, yet he cuts and can be suicidal too.

I'd ask the mom WHERE, WHY, you know, 7 weeks it too long not to know or not to tell.
