Is there something wrong with my kidneys?

about a few weeks ago my sides started to hurt like above my hip bone on the sides. first only the right side hurted but after getting drunk both hurt like soreness... i dont know why?

could be lots of stuff.................is your urine clear or dark or cloudy?

Could be stones or  an infection?

You need to see a doc.ultrasound for starters and a sample to check for infections.......

I'd advise getting a sonography done to check for any stones that may be in the kidney. I had them once and the pain was terrible. See the doc as soon as you can.

Your kidneys are in your back, have someone tap you on the back on the sides about halfway in between your rib cage, if it is tender it could be your kidneys, only a Dr. can tell you if something is wrong, you may have a kidney infection , a urine specimen can be checked at your Dr.'s and they will know right away if you have white cells or blood in the urine, and that is very treatable, possible to have kidney stones but boy they hurt!! If it doesn't let up you need to go get checked as it could be other things too. Good luck.
