Is there something wrong with my nipple?

Question

On my right areola it looks like I have two fused nipples(like the bump on the areola). Well it looks like one normal nipple bump, but connected is a smaller bump. The smaller bump looks like a regular nipple though, but the color is a bit different under certain lighting conditions (though it is not a big difference, the color difference is barely noticeable). I've had this for about 3 years, and I've never had damage to that area. Is this normal? Is there anyway to change it back to looking normal???

I think its official , you have a third nipple .

its normal to have 3 nipples but you are usually born with 3, it maybe a growth so i would get it checked out
