Is there something wrong with my ps3?

everytime i turn it on there is diagonal lines u can barly see them only if u come close even when i play a ps3 game the lines look like this expet its nto collred and itas moving lines

first try with another tv and see if still happens if still happens then try another cable if still happens send it off to sony
