Is there something wrong with my reading comprehension?

Question

Ok, I'm a pretty smart intelligent person. I love to read, but lately Ive been reading what people are saying the total opposite. I'll read it wrong and respond wrong, and when I go back to see what they've written I'll realize my mistakes, it seems to be getting a bit more frequent. Is there something wrong with my comprehension???I'm really confused about why this keeps happening. Please help.

are you really seeing what you are doing wrong, or are you just agreeing so that you will not look stupid?

if this is the case, then dont worry. I have the same problem in school. Lots of books say one thing and i see it another way and I KNOW that im not comprehding it wrong...just different. If people all thought and comprehended the same way, then wed all be mindless drones, never questioning what we are told or taught.

if you really are making mistakes, then maybe you should see a specialist. It could be possible that you have dyslexia or something similar. Ive heard of dyslexia appearing later in people's lives.

if it just started happening, you may be showing early signs of having a stroke. if it gets worse see a doctor immediately
