Question:

Is there something wrong with my snake eggs?

my snake eggs have been in incubation for 2 months, they have grown alot but one of them have a slight dimple in it (has a slight cave in on the top but only small) is there anything wrong with it or is this a good sign? another of the eggs has gone red at the top like blood is this good or bad?

  1. id say there about to hatch congradulations on the new babies and good luck on taking care of those lil devils lol


  2. 2 months sounds about right for them to start hatching. The dimpling may be preparation to come out. As for the red,I have no clue.

  3. eggs will collapse when they're about to hatch and get a little soft. Then when the snake makes the slit w/ their egg tooth, some of the fluid will come out and they will stick their head partially out. If it's been two months, they're are probably going to hatch any day, if not today. I couldnt' say what the red may be, possibly just the snakes shadow at the top of the egg.
