There looks like some inflammation on your tonsils, but it doesn't look bad. If you're having difficulty swallowing and have a fever, you might have tonsillitis. If that is the case, then take some Ibuprofen (Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory) and get some rest.

im not a doctor yet but go to a doctor they can better tell you than any of us here

better get it checked out to be on the safe side to me its strep throat but u dont want it to get worse
