Is there something wrong with the guy in the "Worst Rap Battle Ever" video?

I just watched this video yesterday: http://youtube.com/watch?v=bHpw6CzprNY I can't figure out why this guy stops for 25 seconds in the middle of his rap. But then he comes back with some of the best lyrics and kills the other guy. He obviously has some kind of mental disabilty, but I don't understand how he could come up with such good lyrics if he did. And why did he pause for such a long time? Somebody please help because I felt so bad for him all of last night.

He does look really uncomfortable at the beginning and yes he does look like he has some sort of a disability. He also looks really, really scared as if he has bad stage fright. He also has a talent and is big enough to get up there and do it. Good luck to him.
