Is there something wrong with your search function on your website?

No matter what I type in the inbox search box I cannot find any e-mails popping up even though I know I have them

  1. Click advance search and change your options.  It is likely that you are searching for words only in the subject or "to" field.  Change it to all fields, or to "body".   Hope this helps.
