Is there somewhere that i could put my blogging pag so people can see it?

i just made a blog and i want to people to find it and read it and hopefully subscribe

Go to your profile, click "edit my info", scroll down to the "about me" box at the bottom, enter the link to your blog in that box, click "preview" and then okay. Whatever you entered in that box will be displayed right underneath the avatar in your profile, and yes, it does comply with the rules as long as you're not displaying a commercial and/or spamming/scamming site.
