Is there somthing wrong with me?

i have a headache, maybe a fever, and i feel sort of nauseated, do you think there is somthing wrong?

you probably should eat something, or your dehydrated, or if your taking any kind of medication , that could be side effects, or your sick with a sinus infection and a cold, or the flu.

yes there is , try taking ibuprofen or tylenol but not an empty stomach  drink Cocacola over crushed ice or ginger ale if you have it ... rest relax  breath deeply ... get in a cool area .. and be as still as you can.loosen youre clothing and just try to relax ..

I would take an OTC like tylenol then if that doesn't work I would see a doctor.  Those maybe seemingly normal symptoms but sometimes they can conceal deadly illnesses.
