Is there special antifreeze for a 1990 ninja zx7?

I heard there is special antifreeze and that when you mix it you are supposed to use distilled water???

  1. no special antifreeze is required.

    Just mix get any name brand antifreeze and mix with distilled water according to your area. Usually 50/50 is a good ratio.
