Is there statute of limitation for having a history of fraud and perjury in california?

in a child support hearing this person was working two jobs

however he only given the courts information on one job and

at the same time requested from the courts to reduce his child support due to he and wife was having a baby court order for child support family law.

  1. Perjury can be hard to prove.  And, if the person is fined or jailed, may be detrimental to the child he should be supported.

    Better action may be to file a motion to the court for a hearing on the appropriate amount of support and back support, with you obtaining/providing evidence of his employment and his income.

    All of this, of course, would be done on advice of your attorney.  Doing any of this without your attorney would involve considerable risks.
