  1. yes there is and there is still a russian royal family the Romanovs as far as France however there the D'orleans but the piont is with both theese contries now there just normal people since they have no say in gov. but very good question


  2. Yes,but they have no powers since France is a republic.The d'Orleans, the Bourbons,the Compte de France and many others are still around.You can check up on them at http://www.theroyalforums.com
