Is there still a Frisian population in Germany?

i.e. in the old regions of North and East Friesland and the North Frisian Islands.

  2. Yes, it is a small one, but still there.

  3. Well Paris, Frisians talk like horses though.

    And their language is protected by the European Charta on minority languages.

  7. Yes there is,  but also in Holland where in the province Frisia the Frisian language has  equal rights as Dutch.
