Is there still a strike in paris transportation??

what kind of obsticals do you expect and how much longer do you think they will be ok stike for?

  1. It keeps changing. This one is worse than others which is sort of France's curse. Remember this is affecting all of France and not just Paris, which is the worst since their public transport is also reduced. There doesn't seem to be a resoluation in sight.

    Today there were actualy protests in the street. I was late picking up my daughter from school and the traffic was stalled. (Luckily someone picked her up for me but I was 1/2 hour late and only about 1 km away).

    If you come to France, think about either using a bike or renting a car with paying careful attention to commute times. Also, stay in the city center if you can.

  2. The transport strike continues but is losing effectiveness. Talks are planned for Wednesday.

  3. theres always a stike. i went to france last year and there was a stike but everything was fine. trains, subways no waiting or nething
