Is there substitute for bopo

can someone please tell me is there another service like bopo? and what it is, i want it to be pretty much exactly like bopo, you put money on ur prepaid visa card and you can use it for whatever

You can go to walmart, buy a prepaid visa, and call the number that they give you with the card to activate it.  Whenever you want to add more money to it, you just take a trip to walmart, I have gotten three of these as graduation gifts, and everyone seems to appreciate it.

You can get prepaid Visa and Mastercard debit cards in a few banks here in Australia - why not check some of those out? Only thing i would suggest though, would be to make sure you shop around - fees can differ a fair bit. The only two banks I know for sure is that ANZ currently has the Visa debit card, and Commonwealth is getting a Mastercard debit card very soon. Another option may be to go onto the Mastercard and/or Visa sites and see if you can purchase one directly from them?
