Is there such a job?

Question

I recently decided that I wanted to be a photographer when "I grow up."

But I want to be a model photographer. And I also want to design clothes and such.

Is there a job that allows you to design what the models wear while you take the photos?

Sorry. I know this sounds stupid.

But what is the correct name if so?

And what would be the best schools to go to for something like this.

Ex: Juilliard or Berklee for Music.

Harvard for Law.

West Point for Army Medical.

I think for the most part, the functions are separate as each is an art unto its self, demanding only a couple of things in common:  design and compostion.  Perhaps, one could study both, aiming to combine, but most costume students would seek to study with the best without regard to the proximity of a photography school.  But, its an admirable undertaking.  Good luck.
