Is there such a phone with automatic shutoff?

I'm looking for a phone that can be programmed to automatically shut-off in case a user forgets to end the call, like older or disabled people sometimes do.

I haven't heard a of cordless phone with such feature. For the reason, phone prices are getting lower so designers can't afford to add this special feature.
