And if not, is there any other way of measuring Melatonin levels?

  1. There is not a measurement of melatonin currently in use in medicine, as it is not diagnostically useful for anything. In short, we can measure it, but there's no point because it doesn't tell us anything useful.

  3. Technically, yes they can do a serum melatonin level, but I doubt you can find a doctor to order it because melatonin level is not a medically significant test. I have been a phlebotomist for many years and I have never seen a melatonin level ordered on anyone.
