Is there such a thing as a cd PLAYER cleaning kit?

The manufactured cd player in my car is no longer working. I've heard of a cd cleaning kit, but I need one for my cd player in my car. HELP! If this does exist, where can I buy it?!?!

if its not playing at all its a good bet that the player is messed up and cleaning wont help but yes they sell them you should be able to get one at walmart or bestbuy any place like that
