Is there such a thing as a cholesterol level that's too low?

Last time I checked I had an overall cholesterol level of 142. After searching google a little bit I haven't been able to find any reference as to what any numbers below 200 mean.

  1. I don't think so. I've never heard of anybody having problems related to low cholesterol.
