Is there such a thing as a men's body wash that is also a deodorant/antiperspirant?

Little embarrassing, but I STINK! Sad, but true... Well, I was wondering if there was a body wash for men that also works as a deodorant or antiperspirant that I could use together with my prescription (unscented) stick deodorant. Or does body wash just act as good smelling soap? I dunno, please help! Thx!

There is no body wash that is also an antiperspirant but what you can do is use an anti-bacterial body wash (since bacteria is usually the source of body odor) and use a deodorant that is also and antiperspirant.  When looking for a body wash, just make sure it says "anti-bacterial" on the labeling and you may want to wash twice, just to be thorough.  Hope this helps! :)

I guess you could try Axe or something like that but I think they are all just good smelling soap but the purpose of soap is to wash off dirt, bacteria and oils which are what causes the bad smell.
