Is there such a thing as a "Paypal Giftcard" ?

I don't have a credit card, I really don't want one, I don't feel safe with them. Is there such a thing as a paypal gift card?

Yes, there is, although how to get one, I don't know. But try checking at your bank. I know mine has visa debit cards which is the same thing as a credit card, just refillable. Mine works great and comes in handy. Hope this helps...
