  1. if  you're talking about a fake w7 don't get them b/c they probly cant handle the power of a w7

  2. Ya I can't find any knockoffs, but if you go to the Asian markets they may have ones that look similar, and as stated already knockoffs are not the real thing...looks similar....but may not perform the same...and most likely wont perform the same...Just like buying a fake rolex...might look the same on the outside, but inside it is nowhere near the quality of a real rolex.

Basically you get what you pay for.

  3. I have not heard of these but if there are some I would assume they are just cheap knockoffs of the W7.  Although they may look the same or similar they would not sound the say.  The T/S parameters of the sub (the electrical and mechanical properties of the sub) would not be the same as the W7.  This would result in a different sound then the W7 would give.  Also, different, cheaper materials are probably used in construction of the sub.  This would also greatly effect the overall sound of the sub.

Basically, if you are looking for something with comparable sound to the W7 a knockoff is not where you should look.  You should look at different, well known brands that will have a good quality sub at a cheaper cost.

This saying is true for most things but seems especially true in car audio, you get what you pay for.

    Good Luck!!!
