There are many companies such as samsung, panasonic, sony and LG that have theater in a box products that come with wireless rear speakers. Just look at the sites of these brands

My rear speakers are wireless using a Panasonic FX60 trasmitter/receiver. I think sony has a kit as well but I got the Panasonic used for pretty cheap. Do a search on google or amazon for "Wireless speaker kit".

I have seen systems where the rear (surround) speakers can be wireless (for a nominal fee, of course) panasonic and Sony offer them. They also make speakers which are wireless and battery operated (pricey and the internal battery goes pretty quick). Wireless speakers which require ac power but the signal is transmitted to them from your receiver.

all answers above are correct... there are no truly "wireless" speakers. Semi- wireless speakers by sony and panasonic do exist and companies like rocketfish make an adapter to make any system wireless compatabile for the two rear speakers. Not too familiar with them but from what i have heard is that there is somewhat of a "hiccup"  or delay in the sound with can be extremely annoying. Dont recommend them
