Can brushing your teeth more than a certain number of times per day be damaging to your enamel?

  1. not to the enamel, but it can to your gums. if you brush them too much the gums will start to pull back over your teeth, which can leave your teeth more vulnerable to being knocked out. 2-4 times a day won't hurt you.


  2. Yes, it happened to my brother.  It hurt his gums and his enamel.

  3. iDK....BUT MY FiANCE iS ALWAYS GETTiN ON ME FOR BRUSHiN MiNE TOO MUCH!! HAHA. iM ALWAYS BRUSHiN MiNE PROB. 6-10 TiMES A DAY! HAHA...SO NOW i JUST START TO CHEW GUM....CUZ i ALWAYS BRUSHED AFTER I SMOKED OR ATE OR DRANK ANYTHiNG..iM WEiRD ABOUT MY TEETH.
