Is there such a thing as different colored folder paper?

ie. Instead of the original white, is there blue, green, yellow, pink, and orange paper as well?

Yes. You can find it at office supply stores and online. Here's some from staples:

Make sure that you are allowed to use this for anything you need to turn in. It's fun to have, but I wasn't allowed to use anything but white in school.

Make sure you do your search for "colored filler paper."

If you mean different color file folder, or hanging folders, then yes.  You should find a large variety at any major office supply store, such as Office Depot, or Office Max.
