No it is a scam propigated by the Left & Gore.There Data is garbage.There thermometers were not caliborated and the green house is not there. The CO2 is just part of nature recycleing by the plants. The plants need the CO2 as much as U need oxygen...

Man... don't know why now people keep saying GW as slogen and it seems coming down the recent year.  Actually when I was young, the earth was very hot already that you could see how hot it was in the summer in your place and how about now, still very hot and slightly higher than before.

It is not immediate danger but a problem that human being got to solve this problem as soon as possible to cool down this earth.  But how?

Some people started to get hand to do it by themselves by reduce using electric applliance as less as possible, but some other don't.

Some people still burning woods for heat, for cooking or furtilizer such as Indonesian buring a whole forest in the summer.

How do you educate whole human being on the earth to reduce the heat, to plant more trees, to rationally kill those herb eaters such sheep, cows to make the earth greener?  It is a big issue to talk and to deal.  Look at Saudi Arabia, can they make deserts into oasis?

It is real but it is not as dire as the media portrays it and most important, it also is not agreed upon that it is caused by human behavior. Weather has always had patterns like this for many many years.

The fact that only the earth’s surface is warming points to direct heating from the sun rather than heating due to greenhouse gasses. Also other planets in our solar system are warming pointing to a common cause of warming, that common cause being the sun.

no, global warming is just an excuse for stupid idiots to scare everyone.  they are saying that polar bears are going extinct, when they are actually at their highest number in years.  if you look at the bigger picture, the world might actually be going into a giant ice age right about now, so maybe global warming is a good thing.  anyways, when the world was at it's most lush time period, there was tons of carbon in the air. so there is no immediate danger, or any danger at all.

Unfortunately, global warming is real. And YES, it is not us heating the Earth it is the SUN, however we enable the sun to warm to Earth more than usual by tearing holes in the ozone (which traditionally serves as a protective barrier from the sun's UV rays). This is the problem and that is why there is significantly less polar ice caps.

'Global Warming' is a loaded term and in fact it does not necessarily mean every spot on the earth is getting warmer. In fact, a ripple effect may cause some places to get colder. What is consistent, however, is the upward trend in polar temperatures and an increase in global sea level.

Yes, it is just hype, hype by the eco-n**i's, and envirocrats, the psuedo scientists, and the  frustrated liberal-socialists of the left wing of the democrat party.  Notice please, how the theory of AGW fits so nicely within the enviro-idiots agenda...man is to blame for all the ills of the world, and if we all listen to them, and allow them to 'dictate' our lifestyle to us, by increasing fuel costs by 3X from today's level, by blocking drilling for oil in the US and Canada, by stoping new refineries, by stoping the use of coal, by stopping the use of natural gas, and of course their big one, preventing nuclear power from being used.  Are you suspicious yet?  How about all of the psuedo science, the absence of any double blind studies, the proliferation of 'opinion papers', the substitution of opinion for facts, and the insistence that 'majority of scientific opinion rules' and that the 'debate is over' and that there is such adisparity of explanation for the similar 'warming events' which are documented from the past...yep, not just hype, pretty much, pure BS.

But it's a very slow moving problem.  The solutions will also take a long time.  So we need to start now.

We KNOW it's not the Sun, because we measure solar radiation constantly.  It's been decreasing, while temperature has been increasing.  Proof:

I have found some ideas that say it might have started off as a goof in measuring current tree rings and using them to calculate temperatures from historical tree rings. Incorrect assumptions were made and it was reviewed and published before the error was recognized. What caused the error, why Co2 of course, more Co2 causes trees to grow bigger faster so the error of judgement caused them to down grade the potential temperature of historical tree rings because they were not as big for temperature as they thought they should be. This why they hate Co2 so much it causes them to make judgement errors and lose face!
