Question:

Is there such a thing as quick-dry, fabric safe, florescent, liquidy enough to splatter, paint?

I'm having a sweet sixteen, and everyone will be wearing a black t-shirt and inside will be only black lights and the decorations will be florescent colors. I want to splatter paint the black shirts upon entering with a florescent paint that won't make a mess.

  1. Try white that should glow pretty nice under the black lights. Also I would go and try a krylon spray paint, they would have more options at the store. Have fun at your party!

    Here is exactly what your asking for.  I just typed in fabric safe black light paint in google.  If is from Australia but you can get it shipped here to the US.  Hope this is what you what.

    EDIT: wait here is something better!  I found it on Amazon.  It is only 4 bucks a bottle you can splatter it, and it would look cool on a t-shirt.
