Is there such a thing as vinyl/aluminum fence wraps?

I presently have treated wood painted & stained fences & porches, I am tired of the upkeep. Is there a product that one can purchase that can be wrapped around or slid over the wooden pcs. for a maintenance free finish?

Unfortunately, there is no product that fits your requirement.  The wood will rot and the vinyl product would then be useless as it would require the wood to be held in place.  

When you're ready to do away with the fence and decking remember there are vinyl and wood/vinyl composite material that offers the best of both materials.  They can be stained or not and they don't rot.
