Helen of Troy was described as having a ‘face that launched a thousand ships’ So, the unit “Helen” could be defined as the quantity of beauty capable of launching one thousand ships. Accordingly, one milliHelen is the amount of beauty needed to have just one ship launched.

Is there such a unit as one microHelen?

I guess there is now. Now the Helen can join the Smoot as a nonstandard measure.

Edit: I stand corrected. Apparently there IS a Helen measurement for beauty.
