Is there such as Twilight Manga???

Question

I just found some pictures at twilight.lost-star.org that is some kind of a manga version for Twilight. Well, I know that the Japanese book version for Twilight only has those pics. But my question is, does it tells the whole story or just picture clips on the book? Are there no english version of those? And why does only Japan has it? It's unfair, for me, you know!!!! I'm a manga lover and a bibliophile, too, so I wanna have some of those!!!! :)
