There is a lottery in the UK, however this question

has been asked several times on here by people

who have received e-mails telling them they have won.

The UK lottery requires you having to buy a ticket.

"If you haven't got a ticket you don't win the lottery"

yeah try walking out at night with your mobile phone in walthamstow and see if you got robbed or not....thats a lottery !
