Is there such thing as a Blackberry Tree?

We have quite a few different berry trees in our back yard. We know one is a black raspberry tree. We don't know what the other one is. Is there such thing as a blackberry tree? We also think it could be a Mulberry Tree? The berries are slightly bigger than black raspberries. Any other info you need about them just ask.

Bushes. Not trees.

Don't eat the berries, most likely they're harmful to humans, but the birds love them.

Black raspberries grow on bushes which are heavily thorned. What you have are mulberry trees which can be black, white  and pinkish when ripe.Great tasting berries which are also favorites of squirrels, every variety of bird and humans if they are lucky enough.
