Is there such thing as a belgian mafia?

just wondering, i know a few countries that do have mafias, but is there one in belgium??

plus i have a psychotic friend who went to belgium for 2 weeks, and when he came back he had a story made up sayng he joined the belgium mafia, i didnt believe this, and i want to prove to others that he is lying,... pls help me how, coz even my bestfriend believes this

I am a part of the belgian mafia. There is no way a tourist got let in just like that, we're far too tight on security. We mainly operate in London, and drugs is our main source of income unsurprisingly. Message me for more info.
