Is there such thing as a lifetime handicap parking permit and what color would it be?

No............ sorry never have heard of one and the reason I believe they dont have one is because of abuse from people that dont really need one.........

Blue is for a permanent disability. But even those must be renewed every 4 yrs.

Red is used for a temporary disability -like breaking your legs and need to get around via a wheelchair for just a few months & will expire when you can walk on your own again.

yes ,in california there is, your doctor or

an dmv employee can determine that ,

and its blue !!! with serial numbers on it that pertain to that person !!!
