Is there such thing as a ni-cd battery with the height of a AAA battery and the width of a AA battery?

I'm going to try to replace the battery of my sonicare battery, and that seems to be the dimension of the cell.

Since it's just a single cell, i'm assuming that it's also a 1.2v cell?
