is there a such site that you don't have to download just make a little family and control there lives like Sims and if you do have to download is for free and you don't have to insert a disc?

Tough question, I know of sites similar to that where you can make just 1 Sim, but not a whole family.  Moove, IMVU, and a couple others but I'm not sure.
