Earlier this year my dad and I decided to plant a garden. We got all sorts of different plants, among which was a package of cantaloupe seeds. These "cantaloupe" seeds happened to grow into what looks like orange/yellow cucumbers. One of the smallest ones is 11" around and 9.5" long. The very young cucumber is green, but matures into the yellow/orange color. They taste just like a normal cucumber would, but maybe a little bit sweeter. They are delicious and perfectly normal, except for the enormous size and strange color. What have I got growing in my garden??
