Is there such thing as a youth group to travel to Africa to help children in need?

I'm 15 and I would love to go to Africa next summer to see, experience and help children and the lifestyles of people in Africa .. I was wondering if there's such a group?

It's called O ambassadors it's an Oprah organization.

Those kids actually built a school in Africa.

i am not really sure, but i really don't think that a youth group would do such a big thing. I love that you are so interested in helping people in need and i think you could do really great things!
