I am wondering if there are American Indian Restaurants in the world.

Sure are, one 15 miles from me in  Pawhuska Ok.  Now not sure what you mean by American - Indian, but at that restaurant they serve authentic homemade indian food, meat pies, buffalo, and all that good stuff, and they also have American food which is yummy too.

Yes there is American Indian Restaurant in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Actually it is indian restaurant serving indian as well as some american steak food. Also all type of hard liquors.

So they call it American Indian.

Lot of foreigners (american/european) you can see in this area around Restaurant being tourist spot.

There are native american restaurants in the U.S. and Canada, but I doubt they are common in other parts of the world.

Google "native american restaurant" and you'll find a bunch.

Native American? Never seen one of those (besides the thanksgiving dinner table!)

There are lots of Asian-Indian restaurants that are yummy.

One time when I was living in Oklahoma, I went to an Indian resturant that was all you can eat buffet style. It was nice, and the food wasn't as spicy as the usual Indian food I've had before with a good variety of desserts.
