Is there such thing as an anti glare clear coat?

I'm painting my mossberg 500 and I couldn't afford the expensive 75 dollar paint so I used the 20 and it reccommends a clear coat such as this- http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?Offerings_ID=17814&TabSelect=Details

Brownells Aluma-Hyde II Flat epoxy based spray paints

Krylon Flat OD, Brown, Tan and Black spray paint.

giving it a few extra coats and a light sanding after the last coat is the easiest way  and works a treat as i have done this on some of my own

I would say put on a few coats, get some very light sandpaper and kind of rub the sheen off of it.
