  1. You can find all your answers here...

  2. For automobile insurance the best way to get a good rate is do a rate comparison on car policies. Make certain that you pick similar options with the same limits, auto model, zip code, etc so that all things are an accurate comparison.

What I usually recommend is an online comparison quote at http://www.InsureAutoNow.info since they have discount insurers and will give multiple quotes on car insurance polices.

  3. A car is considered a classic after 25 years (NY) I use an insurance company based in NJ (condon & skelly) to insure my 62 chevy, they base the premium on what you think the car is worth, example "car is worth 27k, insurance = $213" for one year, with reasonable coverage, and limited to 2500 miles per year

  4. There are several companies that handle strictly classic and collectible vehicles. They tend to be less expensive that "regular" insurance because you drive the vehicle less and are usually more careful. Do a search for collector car insurance, then compare the diferent companies. I have Hagerty on both of mine, but you may find one that works better for your situation.

  5. Try this one - http://carinsurance.yoll.net - I personally have their classic car insurance, cause it is the cheapest for my cars in our area.
