Is there such thing of real Vampires? I don't want any smart comments please?

please tell me if i could actually meet a vampire i would really like to know! does anybody know if they really do exist?

Yes, but they are not undead, they usually don't drink blood, they are not undead and they are not like in Twilight.

They are psychic, meaning they feed on energy. While some find this energy in blood, most feed on people's aura's, or their energy field. The people must be willing but the vampire can easily just poke in the aura and draw some out. They are just humans born with some sort of energy difficiency.

The vampire legend came from I believe the horrendous acts of Vlad The Impaler who would impale his warrior opponents on huge wooden steaks and place buckets under them to collect the blood and he and his soldiers would drink it.

Psychological vampires are those people around who seem to drain the life, joy, idealism's of others to claim it as their own.  I'd rather be impaled that near one of THOSE again, they are far more unpleasant I'm sure.

As for the handsome, well built, fair skinned, dark headed man in the white poet shirt and leather pants.  Sorry sister, he doesn't exist.

Stephanie Meyer altered the history and folklore about vampires for her story very significantly.If you actually went out looking for "vampires" you would just find cult like people who call themselves vampires and who drink blood, probably worship some demon god and are otherwise unpleasant.Here is a tip stick to the living they are safer trust me. If there was a real Edward he would have just bitten Bella and no not in the romantic giving her eternal life way, like painfully killing and draining her of her blood.

I am very sorry to say this but Vampires are all to real..... Now I am not talking  about all the wanna-bee's vampires out there..  I am talking about the real-thing.... That kills both human and animals... And right now I don't give a d**n about what a bunch of un-knowing and non--believing people might say.... And I do hope that they never  run into a real one for they will not live long enough to say how right I am............. vampires are not real, Dracula was a real person, once he was going to be invaded so he got a bunch of his people and impaled them on the trees around the castle and left there bodies there so the enemy army would be to scared to attack him and run off.

The idea of vampires originated with the peoples traveling from the Far East telling stories of anything from monster-like to beautiful maiden-types that drank blood of the living.  Hollywood and folklore have transformed these fables into much more but there have been no evidence of immortal beings that could be classified as vampires. I believe they don't exist.  I'm definately not skeptical, I just know it's impossible and I believe that dragons were real, and dinosaurs like you see in textbooks still exist.  Nowadays the only vampires are people who take the lifestyle too seriously but hold no real power.

Cut and paste time, it's too much work writing this out for the nth time this week, so here we go. There are no real vampires, because they don't exist. Period. There are no real vampires, undead, psi, sanguinarian, vampyre, or otherwise. The Law of Averages is pretty easy to apply to this one, not to mention the fact that there is NO scientific evidence of such, plus the fact that if vampires did exist, they would reproduce at an exponential rate, and would completely take over the planet in less than five years time. As none of this is happening, the answer is logically that vampires do not exist. There are people who suffer from iron deficiencies, porphyria, hypersensitivity to sunlight, etc. all the classic hallmarks of vampirism, but are not vampires.

Btw, for every self-professed "vampire" out there, you do realize you meet all the criteria for co-dependency as well as being defined as clinically out of touch with reality? And the educated ones should know better. I guarantee you that if I were to isolate you from all other human beings, you would not suffer any ill effects from being "deprived" of the human "energy" you claim to need. You also must realize that there is no scientific proof to back up your claims of energy or psi vampirism? And the ones with blood donors are even worse - deluding themselves into passing off an obvious sexual fetish as a physiological need. The human body is not designed to process large amounts of blood for nutrition - it just doesn't work that way. And yes, you're human - if I took a sample of your DNA - guess what? You'll be human, no mutations, no alien lifeform, no altered chromosomes, etc. Trust me - if I isolated you from your "donors" and fed you a vegetarian diet with sufficient protein, carbohydrates, and fats you would suffer no ill effects. Why? Because you're not vampires. You just think you are.

Well, they do exist in real life in the unreality of some people's minds. There are some individuals that believe that they are vampires. They don't have fangs (unless they altered their teeth), they don't burn in the sunlight, and they aren't undead. They do, however, live at night and drink blood. They might slit other peoples wrists or cut each other and drink it. Just some weirdos. To each his own I guess.

The guy that Dracula is actually based off of was some evil dictator who did awful things to people and was often rumored to drink blood.
