Is there such things as Quantum Pendant?

But how does it work? Why there're no big publisity on this great stuff? And how does it work? And do you believe in it?

This type of product is sold by lots of different charlatans, with names including Q-Link, Bio-Balance, BioElectric Shield, etc.  They usually tell you that you need to "balance" something, while throwing in some scientific-sounding terms to make it all sound genuine.

It "works" by fooling people into thinking it's working with what is known as confirmation bias (similar to a placebo effect).

The best advice I can give you is to be skeptical of the claims made by the sellers and wearers of such products -- by all means, investigate their claims.
