Is there supposed to be extra skin under the head of a circumcised p***s ?

Is this the skin the p***s has left to grow into, girth or length?

Some circumcisions are 'tighter' than others.  The Doctor who did you has obviously left a little f******n there.  It's possible that you will 'grow into it' or it might just always be there.

it sounds like the frenulum. so yes it's supposed to be there. google frenulum to see what i mean. if it doesn't look like it then it might be left over from your circumcision. you can get rid of it by doing a recircumcision or talk to your doc about it.

Most likely your just not done growing yet and thats the skin you have to left to grow into, im not 100% sure, but thats my best guess, good luck

When circumcising a baby boy it is hard to judge how much skin to take off and how much to leave.

It is better for a doctor to err on the side of leaving more because that is better than cutting too much off.

A lot of guys have some loose skin.
