Is there surfing in egypt in sharm el shake (please say there is)?

I'm 13 and i'm obviously going wid my mum and dad but ive absolutely always wanted to go surfing.

  2. No sorry but the Red sea is not large enough to generate the swell to produce any surfable waves.

    There is a lot of other water based activities that you can get up to though. Sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkling, diving and many others.

    So it would be a great place to try another water sport which is good for when your at home and the surf is flat. It will also help with your surfing. If you look at all the top surfers they also do many other board sports to help with their surfing.

    Probably not though. It's not really got the breakers for it.

    It very good for diving, snorkeling, wind surfing, para-sailing, boating, and canoeing, though.

  5. yes im from egypt, it depends were you are staying but if its anywere near a beach there is bound to be surfing. :D  i hope you enjoy my country very much. Also there is a wider varity of water activities : banana boating, jet sking, (surfing of course)

  13. Yes.  They have Internet Cafe's there so you can surf all day and they don't charge much.
