Is there tailgaiting at Hershey Park Stadium?

I couldnt find anything about tailgating, So I called them , they said "Pre-event gatherings and tailgating will not be permitted due to the limited area available for parking".

But I have heard that from a lot of statiums, I still tailgate..... You might have to scale back, I have even been asked to stay in my truck if im going to try and tailgate, So I dont grill, we'll eat premaid foods and snacks and bust open the cooler and slug down some cold ones..... and light one up!!!
