Is there the Spanish Lottery board in madrid? and will they pay my prize if I won in lottery ?

they sent me an e-mail contains ministero de justicia and award certificate and wants me to go to spain to confirm my identity to get my prize , is it true or not?

Its a scam. I get e-mails like that all the time. Just ignore it.

This is absolutely a scam, and you will lose money if you get involved. A word to the wise, anyone making such an offer is always, always, always looking to steal money from you.

Hey...isn't that the same answer we all have here?  It is all true.

In the future...don't ever open those sites...the more hits they get the more encouraged they are to continue...it's an indication to them as to how many people  are curious and gullible and they'll keep trying anyway they can.  Don't open it, just report it Spam.  Soon they won't have any "hits" and it will end by lack of interest or Spam reports.
